Perfect 9 is an English training center whose main goal is for the majority of Filipino professionals and skilled workers pass the

TOEFL by providing them the right instructional tools and the right teaching methodologies that would allow them to hurdle these tests with excellence and confidence.
The company started when a group of English teachers and instructors, whose uncompromising dedication to the quality of teaching and effective curricula in the IELTS and TOEFL, led them to achieve perfect passing rates in its first few months. Its support programs, tailor-fit to address the various needs of its students, help maintain the quality of its test preparation programs.
Perfect 9 also maintains a symbiotic relationship with recruitment and manpower agencies by providing them job referrals from its pool of
IELTS and
TOEFL passers, and by creating review programs that are specifically tailored to suit the needs of their workforce.
Because
Perfect 9 recognizes our clients’ needs for more learning programs, we have expanded our program list to include academic tutorials for all levels, high school and college entrance test reviews such as
